Construction Team

Will Andrews – Chief Manager

Will started in 1985, following experiences with two large commercial contractors. After a decade of tremendous growth, Will transitioned the business into a limited liability corporation (LLC) and opted for a new approach, instead of the old school business model. Will brought his commercial management experiences into the specialized custom home building arena and radically changed the building experience into a customer service based, team-oriented operation. Will now serves as chief manager and handles sales and marketing of the company, oversees various day-to-day projects to insure they meet home owners’ approval, and works extensively with home owners in designing a vision and, with the architects, in making that vision reality.
Will is a Nashville native who graduated from David Lipscomb High School. He graduated from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and later received graduate credits from Christ Church in Oxford, England. Will is recently married, inheriting two step sons, and is an avid pilot and golfer.

Jody Cummings – Project Manager

Jody joined the company in 2006, upon moving back to Nashville after three years in the Bahamas working for an international resort development company. In addition to managing projects locally, he uses that international experience to assist with current projects abroad and will look to further develop that side of the business in the future. Jody has been in residential construction since 1998, with experience ranging from building materials sales, to small and midsize renovation, to large-scale residential resort development.
Jody is a Nashville native and a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife Mary Britton have three young children.

Owen Trotter – Project Manager

Owen graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Construction Operations Management in 2005 and joined the company shortly thereafter. Owen is a valued part of the operation for his willingness to assist in any and all aspects of the construction process, from estimating and purchasing to solely managing small-to-midsize renovation projects.
Owen is recently married to his wife Tonia, who runs a local art gallery.

Daryl Wright – Senior Construction Manager

Daryl has worked with Will for almost 25 years. After serving in numerous capacities, Daryl now serves as senior construction manager and head of construction. Daryl has a wide array of construction experience ranging from small residential to high rise condominium development. Knowledge and experience help Daryl organize and manage day-to-day field operations, as well as assisting the other superintendents with their projects and any problems which may arise.
Daryl grew up in Vermont and moved to Nashville in the early 80′s. He has two teenage daughters.

Mike Smith – Project Superintendent

Mike joined the company in 2004, after serving for several years as a project superintendent for a local, award-winning residential renovation firm. In addition to his talents in site supervision, Mike also brings to the table several years of experience as a project manager, allowing him to better understand all aspects of the project.
Mike and his wife Stacy live in Franklin, TN and have three children.

Richard Gill – Project Superintendent

Richard worked with the company for several years as a subcontractor and was hired as a superintendent in 1998. Richard has an eye for detail that allows him to handle some of our most complicated projects. Richard’s experiences range from owning his own remodel and addition business to running a construction company’s framing crew.
Richard is a Nashville native and a dog lover. Richard is often seen riding his Harley down the Natchez Trace Parkway on weekends.
